The CADIVI company provides conductors for the 500kV Quảng Trạch – Quỳnh Lưu transmission line project and the 500kV Quỳnh Lưu – Thanh Hóa transmission line.

Participating in the project, the Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI) implemented four bidding packages to supply conductors with a total volume of 1,412.1 kilometers.

Mr. Vu Tran Nguyen, Deputy General Director cum Director of CPMB, along with a representative from CADIVI Company, inspected the production situation of conductors at the Cadivi Tan A factory.

During the inspection, the leadership of CADIVI Company stated: Recognizing the significance of this project, we have developed detailed plans to ensure the supply of conductors on schedule as required by the investor. Even during this Lunar New Year holiday, we have mobilized all resources and maintained continuous production to meet the requirements of the contract. According to the signed contract, the bidding packages are to complete the supply of conductors within 120 days from the effective date of the contract. However, given the urgency of the project, we have bolstered our manpower and machinery to shorten the timeline compared to the contract and have divided the supply into three early delivery phases to meet the project's objectives.

The first batch produced by the Cadivi Tan A factory is supplied to the 500kV Quảng Trạch – Quỳnh Lưu transmission line project.

CADIVI Company further shares: In addition to committing to deliver conductors ahead of schedule to meet the project timeline, the company is also always "accompanying the 500kV Circuit 3 transmission line," closely coordinating with the investor and ready to provide maximum support according to the unit's production capacity.

The aforementioned projects aim to enhance transmission capacity for existing 500kV transmission lines to ensure electricity supply for the Northern region, especially given the increasing transmission capacity trend towards the North due to the high growth rate of load in the Northern region. Currently, the 500kV transmission line project has been vigorously undertaken by local authorities, and land has been essentially handed over to construction units. Timely supply of conductors by CADIVI Company will contribute to safe, reliable, stable, and optimal operation of the power system, helping to reduce operational costs; transmit power from thermal power plants in the North Central region as well as renewable energy plants in the North Central region to the national grid; and provide electricity to load centers in the Northern region.
