Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation was established in 1975 as a state-owned enterprise with the brand-name of CADIVI - specializing in manufacturing various kinds of electric wire and cable. By September of 2007, CADIVI was equitized to be a joint stock corporation.

Vietnam Electric cable corporation-CADIVI founded on 06/10/1975. After several times of renames and transforms, until 08/08/2007 CADIVI transformed to a Joint-Stock Company. Throughout 47 years of development together with the business philosophy of “good quality is the key factor to the development of CADIVI”, we have reached the landmark achievements, becoming the leading producer of electric wire and cable in Vietnam at the turnover growth of 25% annually, dividend of 30% annually. With the motto Great electrical conductivity – Safe electrical insulation – Saving electrical power, our products have become the key trademark accompanying with the industralization and mordenization works through more than 47 years.
