CADIVI COMPANY RECEIVES THE CERTIFICATE OF ELECTRICITY GROUP OF VIETNAM AND THE CERTIFICATE OF COMMITMENT OF THE NATIONAL POWER TRANSMISSION CORPORATION

CADIVI Company was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) for its excellent achievements in completing energizing 500kV line 3 projects.

The 500kV line project of circuit 3 Vung Ang - Quang Trach - Doc Soi - Pleiku 2 has a total investment of 11,949 billion VND. This is one of the important national power transmission line projects started in December 2018 by the National Power Transmission Corporation EVNNPT as the investor, the Central Power Projects Project Management Board. (CPMB) project management and operation.

The project contributes to strengthening the transmission capacity of the 500kV grid of the national power system; release the capacity of thermal power and renewable energy sources in the region; contributing to ensuring electricity supply for Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Da Nang and surrounding provinces.

The cluster of power grid projects to release capacity of Van Phong Power Plant includes: 500 kV Van Phong Thermal Power Line - Vinh Tan Thermal Power Plant, 500 kV Van Phong substation and connection, and 500 kV transmission line. Thuan Nam 500 kV substation to 500 kV Van Phong Thermal Power - Vinh Tan Thermal Power line. These are very important projects to release the capacity of Van Phong 1 BOT thermal power plant by the end of 2022, and at the same time the project contributes to the release of renewable energy sources in the region to the national electricity system.

During the project implementation, there were many challenges from the investment phase to the time of project commencement (at the peak of the COVID-19 epidemic). However, given the urgency of the project, during the implementation process, the Government and the National Steering Committee on Electricity Development also took drastic action, working with ministries, branches and localities to remove obstacles. for the project. At 9:12 a.m. on December 30, 2022, the 500 kV Van Phong - Vinh Tan transmission line project and the 500 kV transmission line connecting the 500 kV Thuan Nam substation to the 500 kV Van Phong - Vinh Tan transmission line (referred to as the 500 kV transmission line). kV Van Phong - Vinh Tan - Thuan Nam) has energized the line.
