In attendance at the program, representing BA1 were Mr. Bùi Xuân Thành - Director, Deputy Directors, Heads, and Deputy Heads of specialized departments, as well as project supervisors. From CADIVI, there was Mr. Lê Quang Định - General Director, along with Vice General Directors, department heads, and the research and development team. The program also saw the participation of Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Tùng - General Director of VTD, along with representatives of leadership and experts from CTC Global in Malaysia and Vietnam, including Mr. Tea Sok Ha, the sales representative for CTC in the Asia-Pacific region, Mr. Wan Aleemi - Design Engineer specializing in power line calculations, and Mr. Đàm Văn Thắm - Director of Sao Vàng Company.

Overview of the Experience Sharing Session at BA1

In his opening remarks for the program, Mr. Bùi Xuân Thành - Director of BA1, on behalf of the leadership of BA1, expressed gratitude for the cooperation and coordination among all parties to organize this exchange session. This occasion brought together manufacturing units, experts, construction and supervision units, and project operation management to collaborate, support, and share experiences. The goal is to clarify specifications, standards, exchange production processes, provide guidance on construction, installation, quality supervision, acceptance testing, and gain a deeper understanding in the construction of composite core thermal insulated aluminum wires. This collaborative effort aims to address common issues encountered in the manufacturing process.

Mr. Lê Quang Định - General Director of CADIVI, delivered a speech at the program.

Accordingly, representatives of CTC Global in Malaysia and experts in Vietnam shared their experiences in organizing construction, installation, addressing defects, and leveraging advantages in implementing power grid projects. They also addressed specific concerns and engaged in lively exchanges, providing valuable insights to the staff of BA1. This exchange helped the BA1 team to thoroughly understand and grasp the steps involved in the inspection and quality supervision of construction. Additionally, they received practical advice on common issues encountered during acceptance testing and how to handle them effectively.

Mr. Wan Aleemi - Design Engineer, a specialist from CTC Global in Malaysia, spoke and exchanged information, providing guidance on the software for selecting conductor wires and addressing queries.

In response to the discussions and input from BA1, the representatives of the experts pledged to continue collaborating with the manufacturer and BA1. They committed to regularly staying updated, exchanging information, providing support, and addressing new issues that may arise. This collaboration is aimed at successfully fulfilling the common objectives of all parties involved. They also expressed their commitment to ongoing research and development to optimize products, enhance reliability, safety, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This collective effort aims to expedite the construction process of power transmission lines to meet electricity supply requirements.

Mr. Tea Sok Ha, an expert from CTC Global in Malaysia and the sales representative for CTC in the Asia-Pacific region, spoke, exchanged information, and addressed queries.

Through the program, the staff of BA1 has been updated with new knowledge, strengthened and enhanced their professional skills in the supervision of construction, quality management, and construction supervision of lines using composite core thermal insulated aluminum wires. Additionally, they gained a more specific understanding of thermal insulated wire technology, fostered a proactive learning attitude, and improved their knowledge in supervision techniques, technology processes during investment, construction, project management, and supervision.
