CADIVI COMPANY STANDING STANDARD INFORMATION IN VIETNAM SECURITIES 2023

The annual IR evaluation program for listed companies includes a comprehensive survey on corporate information disclosure on the stock market over a 12-month period, public voting for public IR, and evaluations of IR by professional financial institutions. The IR Awards recognize and honor companies that fully and timely fulfill their information disclosure obligations on the stock market through surveys of all listed companies and the publication of a list of companies that meet the disclosure standards.

The proportion of companies meeting the information disclosure standards has been increasing over the past 13 years (2011-2023). In the last three years (2021-2023), this proportion has remained high but showed a tendency to stabilize. This period coincides with the general activities of companies and information disclosure, which have been influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic and significant market fluctuations.

The survey was conducted on 731 listed companies on HOSE and HNX before May 1, 2022. The survey period lasted for 12 months, from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023. The criteria for the survey were based on the provisions of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on November 16, 2020, and other regulations from relevant state agencies.

According to the survey results, CADIVI company's stock, CAV, belongs to the mid-cap group of stocks, with 118 listed companies meeting the information disclosure standards in 2023 out of a total of 219 entities, accounting for 54%.

To achieve the aforementioned recognition, CADIVI company had to meet rigorous criteria set by the Evaluation Council, such as complying with the provisions of Circular 96/2020/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on November 16, 2020, and other regulations from relevant state agencies. The company also had to be listed on HOSE and HNX before May 1, 2021, undergo a 12-month survey period from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023, and provide timely information to the investment community.
