CADIVI and Citek Partner on Project to Implement Management and Budget Control on SAP S/4HANA System

CADIVI and Citek signed an agreement to launch a project for budget management and control on the SAP S/4HANA system.

"This project will impact all units within the company. When implementing SAP in 2019, both the project team and CADIVI's leadership had only the belief that the project could be successfully completed. But today, as the project manager, I am confident that CADIVI's project team and Citek's project team will complete the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards," shared Ms. Duong Lieu Mai Khanh, Deputy General Director of CADIVI, at the event.

The project to implement budget management and control on the SAP S/4HANA system at CADIVI is being advised and implemented by Citek across four company codes: CADIVI Vietnam, CADIVI Mien Dong, CADIVI Dong Nai, and CADIVI Mien Bac. Once operational, the system will help CADIVI standardize budget structure, business processes, budget control periods, and the overall company-wide budget management model. Additionally, the project will apply budget management solutions according to SAP best practices, aiming to standardize the process of budget carryover to the next year and to complete the budget management reporting system.
